With the 2009 calender stamped into history, it is time again to file your 2009 state & federal taxes. Once again the New York State Department of Tax & Finance has issued the Claim for Volunteer Firefighters' and Ambulance Workers' Credit (Form IT-245). This credit applies to any active volunteer firefighter or ambulance worker in New York State.
